MINIMUMS AND LEAD TIMES

The minimum web order for fabrics is 1m however we are happy to provide you with less than this if you email us your requirements here and we can send you a bill!

all of our fabrics are printed to order and whilst we aim to get them to you within 14 days depending on where your order falls in our print schedule it might take 3weeks. If you need a faster turn around please let us know BEFORE you order, we will do our very best to help. Bespoke orders take a little longer but you will be informed of lead time on bespoke orders at the time of enquiry. We will keep you informed by email if there are any delays with your order.

END USE AND CARE

Please ensure that the fabric you are ordering from us is fit for its intended purpose prior to ordering. Our fabrics are suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, and light domestic upholstery. We don't recommend that you use them for heavy upholstery or for anything that you would want to machine wash. We recommend cold hand wash or dry clean. Because we mainly use natural linen there will by its nature be some shrinkage when you wash you your fabric. we recommend a steam iron while still damp.

 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

 We want you to be thrilled with everything you order from us, but if by chance you are not please contact us and we will endeavour to help. Because we print to order we do not normally refund fabric / wallpaper orders when they have been printed - unless they are faulty, please request a stock cutting before you order to ensure you are ordering the correct colour - as all computers are different and we can't guarantee the colour will look perfect on your monitor!

we would ask that you check that you have received the correct goods and you are satisfied with them before you pass them on to any third party such as a curtain maker! in the event of the wrong fabric being dispatched we are only responsible for the sum not exceeding the purchase price of the goods dispatched.

COLOURS

we use natural base cloths that are produced here in the UK, by their nature there can sometimes be some variation in shade and weave between batches. linen is made from flax which is a natural fibre so can have slubs and irregularities. Please request a stock cutting if you are in any way unsure.
