We would always encourage customers to order a sample before ordering the fabric or wallpaper, or call us and we can provide you with the details of a stockist in your area, where you can look at a pattern book before ordering. We print all of our products to order so would not generally be able to offer a refund unless someone else has ordered the same fabric. Obviously we want your shopping experience to be a positive one so we would do all we can to help you with any problem.
